1.
Objective:
The main aim of this project that is any
firm of registered (means whose finger print is already registered in that
machine) employees their monthly or daily report with his/her In-time
and
Out-time as its their shift time and check his OT hours, working minutes, late
minutes, status and also generate pay
slip with his Hra, Da, Incentives etc. Not only have that Daily/Weekly/Monthly
generating a mail by the software to the admin who check the report and this
auto generated.
2. Problem Definition:
Here we can download punch by manually and
saves it database. And how is report generate by the software and also mailing
to the admin and calculating pay slip and create employee master to enter the
employee details, shift master to enter shift details country, state, city,
employee group, department, designation, social status, religion, caste, leave
type, leave group, database configuration, login control etc. to enter all
details save, modify, delete, view, export data into excel sheet.
- Existing System:
Present System developed in VB.NET. In VB.NET
there are some limitations.
