Overview

Introduction:

Complaint management system is Web based project which is used to manage customers complain online. User can login, and Create complain, view complain details and track the

status of it’s complain. It has one Admin module where Admin can login and View all complaint details, assign the complain to specific Engineer to work and check the status of Assigned Complain. Admin can create/ Update or Delete engineers details, View reports based on Prebuilt Criteria.

Engineer can also and check all complain assigned to it, work on complain and Update the status of complain. Once Completed Engineer can Close the complain, and Customer can view the complain status, engineers comments.

Objective:

This project is based on the RDBMS technology. The main objective of this project is to computerize the manual system & reduce the time consumption.

In other words we can say that our project has the following objectives:

• Make all the system computerize
• Reduce time consumption
• Reduce error scope
• All system managements are automated
• Centralized database management
• Easy operations for operator of the system

• This application is to facilitate the customers to add a complain, view their complain status and track their complain status.
• This application is also facilitates the admin to view all the complain details, assign the complain to specific engineer to work and check the status of Assigned Complain. Admin can create/ Update or Delete engineers details, View reports based on Prebuilt Criteria.
• Engineer can also and check all complain assigned to it, work on complain and Update the status of complain. Once Completed Engineer can Close the complain, and Customer can view the complain status, engineers comments.
• All users access the system by a login page.
• The system automatically executes user identification validating process.

PROJECT CATEGORY

 This project as title “Complaint management system” is comes under the Relational Database Management System (RDBMS). This application is developed with the help of C# and SQL Server. This application can also be run on the network environment so it can be said as network application.
